Last weekend, internationally renowned Belgian chef Kobe Desramaults has announced he will close his Michelin star restaurant In de Wulf in December 2016. “I´ve given my all for the past 12 years at In de Wulf. I would have to be mad to continue doing the same thing.” DAMNº published a manifesto by Desramaults only one year ago. "Since we believe a restaurant is an ecologic intermediary between its environment and its guests, we share our adventures and communicate about what we do.
