Parking spaces are always at a premium in Milan, so it's brave of the Public Design Festival to reclaim them for a second time during the city's design knees-up. The Duepercinque competition welcomes pretty much anyone and anything, from urban furniture to installations and performance - just make sure it fits in your average 2x5m parking space.
