Disaster breeds eco-minded architecture

However contrary it seems, providing ecologically sound architectural solutions for emergency accommodation at times of natural disaster, happens rarely if ever. until now. russian architect Alexander Remizov has proposed a structure that is both entirely flexible in scale and thoroughly green in concept. not only that, it is fit for land and water alike, and it’s quick to assemble. in short, very hard to knock. Still at the drawing board stage, this bright idea is unfortunately not yet a reality, but let us hope that it’s completed and adopted post-haste because, goodness knows, opportunities for its usefulness abound.
