Designmuseum Danmark Copenhagen, Denmark
Designmuseum Danmark celebrates the Finn Juhl Centennial with an exhibition that invites museum visitors to sense the details in a number of Finn Juhl’s beautiful and very sculptural masterpieces. This Danish architect, interior and industrial designer, is most known for his furniture design. He was one of the leading figures in the creation of 'Danish design' in the 1940s and was the designer who introduced Danish Modern to America. The exhibition presents drawings and watercolours of his furniture, in addition to a special Finn Juhl lounge.
