Lightness plays on the double meaning of the word itself. A double challenge that brings designers and artists to create new limited edition objects. All the objects will be exhibited inside the gallery spaces in a special set up designed by Michele Seppia, founder of NERO design gallery.
The gallery is located in the heart of Arezzo, immediately close to the Basilica of San Francesco which houses the cycle of frescoes of the Legend of the True Cross by Piero della Francesca.
NERO design gallery is a place that facilitates immersion in a new Italian Renaissance, a new era that has as protagonist the Man with his thoughts that became objects of desire.
The theme of this first edition is identified in the lightness of light and matter NERO design gallery has selected a selection of international contemporary designers and artists to interpret the theme with their different approaches.
Nero Design Gallery has distinguished itself since its debut in 2005 for the quality of the furnishings proposed in the Italian 900 format and for its ability to explore the territories of design, art and collecting without rigid distinctions. The gallery was created on the initiative of Michele Seppia, interior decorator, from whose research work the exhibition space that reflects his passions and his gaze on creativity originates. Over time, alongside the historic design, the gallery is characterized by a series of contemporary projects born from the collaboration with some of the most interesting names on the current scene.
