An Architect’s Pleasure

After forty years in practice, Luc Deleu is every bit as strong-willed as ever. Seeing the world as a universe to embrace and architecture as a simple matter of building things that make sense, he has proven his point in many and various ways, some of them pleasingly obtuse. Having been more appreciated in the visual arts than in architecture per se is telling for both the institution of architecture and this architect’s modus operandi.
